Esko's new flexo platemaking facility, with unique customer experience center at Itzehoe
With the continued expansion of Esko's flexo platemaking concern, the visitor has moved its operations to a new, larger establish in Itzehoe, Frg. To consolidate its flexo platemaking concern nether one roof, including research, engineering science, product development, testing, and production, the new facility is spread across 4300 foursquare meters in Itzehoe.
The facility features a complete client experience center, where customers and industry partners tin can immerse themselves in the technical and business details of flexography. The new center is set to demonstrate and teach the entire flexo platemaking eco-arrangement, from blueprint and prepress, through color management, flexo plate grooming, imaging and exposure, right up to cut plates ready for mounting on the printing press. The new customer experience middle at the Itzehoe site ways that Esko will be able to produce the highest quality plates for testing and benchmarks.
Assembly of the world's leading flexo plate imaging devices CDI Crystal and CDI Spark, and of the game changing flexo plate exposure systems XPS Crystal volition take place in this new Itzehoe plant.
The new facility was designed from the ground upwards to meet the concern and production needs of Esko's digital flexo business, optimizing operational excellence.
